1. Important Guidelines for OPAI 2026 Registration

Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
Online payment platform charges shall attract transaction processing fees on the total payable amount which will reflect on the payment Section.
Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
Registration is non-transferable.
Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
Entry for spouses or accompanying person delegates may be restricted in certain areas of the venue.
If applicable, please provide your OPAI membership number during registration.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policies

All cancellation requests will be addressed via the official email id hence it is mandatory to send all requests to us at opai2026kochi@gmail.com
Cancellation requests received by 24th March 2026 will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 24th March 2026
Refunds will be processed after 20 days of completion of the event.
GST and bank charges are non-refundable.
